After being supplied by other less than satisfactory providers for about 5 years, we looked around for an alternative, and started to do business with Beer Trading. We immediately spotted that here was a company that was actually interested in doing it right! Friendly and helpful staff, reliable on time delivery and the delivery drivers are careful and conscientious. It has now been 9 years since we changed to Beer Trading, and in that time we have never had a discrepancy between what has been ordered, the delivery note and what has actually been delivered, which is no mean feat. It’s a strange thing but as time has gone on, we have got to know the people there and we now feel that they are actually part of our business. In fact, it’s a real partnership.

Telesales go above and beyond to meet my orders, agreeing on delivery times and dates. Drivers provide a great customer service ringing me beforehand to notify me of pending delivery, are careful with goods ,nothing is too much effort ,always take away empties and this service is 6 days a week often late hours delivery up to 6pm or later.

With regard to my account management again its above and beyond, providing continuous support to every aspect of our account excellence with company offers saving money to buyers .

We have used the beer trading company for about 3 1/2 years and the service has always been flawless. Never any issues with pricing or delivery’s. Customer service is very easy and efficient.
